My South Texas Kitchen: Traditional Recipes and Modern Tips is a tribute to the home cooking of multiple generations of my Mexican-American family. My book preserves old-world cooking techniques while providing the reader recipes reimagined for today’s modern kitchen. The 97+ recipes range from breakfast tacos, puffy tacos, enchiladas, tres leches cake, to quirky dips and salads.
