I can’t believe it has been a year since the IACP awarded My South Texas Kitchen the best self-published cookbook in 2023. As a member of the IACP I have access to a wonderful resources that include a learning library and a professional interest section. Each year the IACP hosts a Summit that is a mini-conference filled with incredible talks from industry professional, and the evening ends with the awards ceremony. As a food enthusiast, I hope you consider joining and supporting the IACP.

Their newsletter now include a Meet Our Members and I was featured in this section. I have received so much support on many levels, and I am grateful for all of their work.

Yvette Zuniga Jemison is a recipe developer, food photographer, and the IACP award-winning author of My South Texas Kitchen. As a recipe developer and content creator, she produced seasonal campaigns, product launches, and cooking videos for leading brands such as Zatarain's® Brands and The Galley® Brands.
