My South Texas Kitchen Has Gone Digital on CKBK

I’ve spent a lifetime cooking with my Mexican American family learning the art of preparing our family’s dishes. When I set out to preserve these dishes in a cookbook, I had no idea what a beautiful journey this project would become. I’ve spent time in the kitchen with my family hearing stories I’ve never heard before and had so many book shops and boutique businesses support my cookbook through book signings and cooking classes. Along the way I’ve met incredible people in food media from writing coaches, editors to publishers, who shared their knowledge and cheered me on.  The IACP even awarded my cookbook the best self-published cookbook in 2023.  I’m excited to now share that @ckbk subscription service has included my cookbook as part of their collection of cookbooks that enable home cooks to reach their next level of success with cooking. This is the first time My South Texas Kitchen will be offered digitally. If you’re ready to unleash your inner chef, check out the @ckbk community that is linked in my profile. 👩‍🍳 🥣✨
