Freezer Finds in January

It never fails, January rolls around and I go into pantry, fridge and freezer organization mode. I enjoy all things tart tasting, and when I find a bag of frozen cranberries I look forward to making my cranberry skillet cake. It’s cozy and comforting during January’s winter chill.
