Candied Citrus

As we continue to live in safe-at-home restrictions I find myself make use of every bit of food we have on hand. I’ve kept a refrigerated container of lemon and orange peels until I had enough to make my candied citrus recipe. I didn’t add the spice for this batch, but I did dip the candied peels in melted semi sweet chocolate. I hope you and your family are healthy and safe during these challenging times.
