Cranberries! You’re going to love them.
I’m one of those people who likes canned cranberry sauce because that’s what I grew up having each Thanksgiving day. It’s a fact, but I also enjoy the tart layer of flavor that fresh cranberries add to my baked goods. I’ve rounded up some of my faves, and I have you covered from breakfast to dessert. Cranberries are in season so why not give these recipes a try? Happy baking!
Cranberries and pepitas…what’s not to love about that combination? Enjoy a sprinkle of my Almond Cranberry Granola on your yogurt, or a bowl of granola with milk. Get the recipe here if you’re ready to make a batch.
If you have a cast iron skillet I have a recipe for you. Give this Cranberry Skillet Cake a whirl in your skillet for a warming breakfast sweet or a fantastic dessert to round out a meal.
