More Mini Fillo Shrimp Bites, please!

I like anything in bite size form, and if its a make-ahead recipe, even better. I recently made my fillo shrimp bites and realized that is has been too long since I’ve made this recipe. It’s the perfect appetizer with a little bit of spice and a creamy interior all in a flaky cup. I like to make the filling, fill the cups and place the cups back in their trays and packaging. I place them in the freezer and bake when ready to serve. I’ll usually bake them with in a week or two of having been frozen. If you’re gathering with neighbors to hand out Halloween treats bring along a batch of these bite size treats for the adults. Enjoy my recipe right here.
