San Antonio Author Talk Cookbook Tasting

It was a cold and icy day in San Antonio, but @mysapl and @maysatpotrancoymca hosted a fun author talk and cookbook tasting. The attendees did a great job with empanada dough and learning the repulgue technique to seal empanadas. As always, we enjoyed a variety of treats from the cookbook. It’s exciting to hear how you’re cooking with my cookbooks, and that you’re gathering around the table with family and friends. @mysapl has added more copies of My South Texas Kitchen in circulation so check out a copy and start cooking. 👩🏻‍🍳🥣 #mysouthtexaskitchen
