Savory Recipes in a Pie Dish

There’s something easy about making a dinner recipe in a pie dish rather than a large casserole dish. A pie dish is fairly easy to fill, and you don’t need to prep a large amount of each ingredient. A round dish in a crust is easy to slice and serve, and I hope you give these recipes a try. If you do, share your version with me on Instagram @y_delicacies.

First up is my Green Onion Quiche in a Seeded Crust. This brunch dish doubles as a fantastic dinner with a side salad. This recipe was featured in Inside Northside Magazine March/April 2020 issue.

You’ll enjoy this Savory Summer Pie that was featured in Inside Northside Magazine’s July/August 2020 issue.

Do you have a pound of crawfish tails in the back of your freezer? A Crawfish Tart with a Phyllo Crust is what you need to do with those crawfish. The free form crust is fun to make and this savory pie is packed with flavor. My recipe was featured in Inside Northside Magazine.
