Soup Weather

It’s dark and gloomy outside, but these soup recipes will brighten your day. The following are a few of my go to soups when I need cozy and comforting meals on those dreary winter days.

Are you ready for some south of the border flavors? Pozole rojo has delicious chicken and hominy in a spiced broth that will warm you to the core.

In southeast Louisiana Oyster Artichoke Soup has been popping up on holiday tables and I can’t get enough. Let me know how your batch turns out.

If you’ve had enough of holiday indulging consider making my Butternut Squash Bisque recipe. It’s not as heavy as other soup options yet filling enough.
