The Art of the DIY Party Platter Cooking Class

I'm pumped about partnering with the elegantly restored Southern Hotel in the heart of historic Covington, Louisiana for a cooking class.  Join me as I begin my Cook The Cookbook Series Tuesday, February 27 from 11am-1pm.  This demonstration style class will feature The Art of the DIY Party Platter because after all, the celebration never ends in southeast Louisiana.  I'll show you how to easily incorporate recipes from my cookbook into a fabulous party platter.  Sit back and enjoy the workshop in the beautiful Camellia Sunroom.  This will be a great opportunity for you to ask questions you might have about recipes from my cookbook or my blog.  Be prepared to unleash your creativity as each participant will make a mini take-home party platter.
