Lettuce Wrap DIY Bar

Are you looking for a fun and easy way to feed a crowd?  No problem!  This Lettuce Wrap DIY bar is your prep-ahead solution.  Entertaining with a build-your-own bar is my favorite way to feed a crowd.  I’m definitely a prep-ahead person, so that I can simply set it up the day of the party and enjoy my guests. The wrap bar has a filling that is actually my aunt Odilia’s pork tamale filling that gets wrapped in lettuce or tortillas with tons of tasty toppings.  With a little advanced preparation, you can easily set up the bar with all of your favorite toppings along with the pork filling.  The ‘wrap’ can be lettuce that is sturdy and crisp enough to hold the fillings such as Bibb, butter or romaine lettuce leaves.  However, it can also be warm tortillas for a heartier option.  Everyone can mingle and assemble their wrap at their own pace when they’re ready to enjoy all of your delicious offerings. Share your DIY bar with me on Instagram @y_delicacies.
