Summer Popsicles

These popsicles are just the right treat to cool down and stay hydrated on a hot summer day. Simply select your favorite berries, your favorite flavor of coconut water and edible flowers for an added splash of color.  Arrange berries and edible flowers in your popsicle molds (or paper cups).  Fill molds with coconut water. Place the cover on the mold or cover with foil.  Place the wooden sticks in each mold and freeze.  Briefly run the mold under warm water to release the popsicle.  Serve immediately.  Happy Summer!!!
