Broccoli Burrata Bruschetta

Get your party started with this decadent appetizer made with Broccoli Pesto and creamy burrata cheese.  The Broccoli Pesto and Simple Crostini recipes can be made ahead.  Easily assemble the bruschetta the day of your gathering for stress-free party hosting. 

 

Broccoli Burrata Bruschetta

Servings: makes 16

16 Simple Crostini

2  4 oz. balls burrata  cheese, cut into 8 slices each

2/3 cup Broccoli Pesto

olive oil and fresh cracked pepper, for garnish

1. Place a slice of burrata on a crostini.  Spoon about 2 teaspoons of broccoli pesto over the burrata.  Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly cracked black pepper.

2. Arrange on a  platter and serve.
