The Brooklyn Flea At Fort Greene

The Brooklyn Flea at Fort Green in set in a schoolyard, and has more finds than one can imagine.  The vendors sell items ranging from vintage clothing to creative kitchen items.

I indulged in Claudia Pearson's tea towels adorned with her signature food illustrations.  As I strolled through the market, the aroma of baked goods, brick oven pizza and Mexican street food had me noshing in between vendors.

My family had to pull me away from the serving pieces and bric-a-brac.  I'm always hunting for items with interesting textures that can be impressed into my hand-made pottery.   This was more than I could handle.
